These Terms of Service govern your use of eatlavashark.com and any purchase you make from Lava Shark, Inc. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under any account you create.

Products, pricing, and orders

Lava Shark sells sour fruit roll snacks and related products. We work to describe products accurately, but colors and packaging may vary slightly.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices, products, and promotions at any time. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a refund.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud or stock limits.

Food product notice

Our products are foods. Please review the ingredient and allergen information on the packaging before consuming. If you have a food allergy or medical condition, consult the label and your healthcare provider.

Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription, the separate Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms also apply.

Intellectual property

The Lava Shark name, logo, artwork, and Site content are owned by Lava Shark, Inc. and may not be used without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lava Shark, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
