Our Story

From lavashak to Lava Shark.

Growing up, my sibling and I would fight over the homemade lavashak, the traditional Persian fruit leathers our aunts made for us. The more sour, the better.

Years later, when my own kids were born, I wanted them to experience that same tangy, wholesome snack. But I couldn’t find anything like it on shelves. So I started making my own.

Over the years I built on those traditional methods with new flavors, even sneaking in some veggies. My kids (and wife) never let a batch last more than a day, no matter how much I made.

This convinced me to turn a family obsession into something everyone can enjoy. My family is now thrilled to share these with yours.
