Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

Lava Shark offers a Subscribe and Save option so your favorite rolls arrive automatically. These terms explain how billing and cancellation work. They are designed to comply with automatic-renewal laws, including California's Automatic Renewal Law and the FTC's rule on recurring subscriptions.

How it works

When you choose a subscription, you select your delivery frequency on the product page or in your cart at checkout.
Your subscription automatically renews at the frequency you chose, and your saved payment method is charged for each order until you cancel.
Any subscription discount is applied to each recurring order as described at checkout.

Billing

You authorize us and our subscription provider (Seal Subscriptions) to charge your payment method for each recurring order at the then-current price plus any applicable tax and shipping, on the schedule you selected, until you cancel. We will send an order confirmation for each shipment. If a price changes, we will give you advance notice before it applies to your subscription.

Managing or cancelling, cancel anytime

You can manage, skip, change frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, through the self-service link in your subscription emails and in your account. You can also email support@eatlavashark.com and we will take care of it. To avoid being charged for the next order, make changes before that order's processing date.
